Pickles, sauerkraut, miso, and kefir can all help boost your immune system and support your anti-anxiety diet.
Staying at home during these challenging times can increase your anxiety and even cause you to over indulge in foods that aren’t so good for you. But with a little planning, you can make good food choices and even boost your mood and immunity.
